Potato

Step 1

If needed, defrost your cod. Peel and dice the potatoes. Add them to the mixing bowl, with the milk and cook for 24 min / 100°C / reverse mode / vitesse 1 without the measuring cup.

Shallot
Butter (unsalted)
White wine
Capers
Lemon

Step 2

Meanwhile, finely chop the shallot. Brown it in half the butter for 4 minutes. Add the white wine, capers and the lemon juice. Warm over a very low heat for the rest of the cooking. Then, set to one side.

Cod (fresh)

Step 3

In the same frying pan, fry the cod with a knob of butter for 2 minutes on each side.

Milk (whole)

Step 4

Once the potatoes are cooked, add a knob of butter (or olive oil) then mix 20 sec / reverse mode / speed 2.

Step 5

Add the mashed potato to a plate with the cod and pour the caper butter on top. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
