Step 1
Preheat the oven to 210°C. If you have frozen fish, defrost them beforehand by placing them in an airtight bag and immersing them in cold water.
Step 2
Cook the grains according to the instructions on the packet. Wash the tomatoes and chop them in half.
Step 3
Prepare a square of baking paper (around 40 cm) and put the strained grains in the center.
Step 4
Add the cod on top, tomatoes, bouquet garni, season and add a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 5
Fold over the paper and roll the edges to close.
Step 6
Put the papillotes on a baking tray and cook for 12 to 15 minutes.
Step 7
Once the cooking time is over, open the foil (be careful not to burn yourself!)
