Oven, Pot (small), Colander, Parchment paper
Step 1
If needed, defrost your cod. Preheat the oven to 210°C. Cook the wheat according to the package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, wash & halves the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
On a sheet of parchment paper, add the drained cooked wheat.
Step 4
Add the cod over the wheat, followed by the cherry tomatoes & bouquet garni. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt & pepper.
Step 5
Seal the 'papillotes' to form parcels & place them in an oven-proof dish. Bake for 12-15 min at 210°C.
Step 6
Remove the papillotes from the oven & open them carefully, being mindful no to burn yourself.
Step 7
Serve the papillote in a plate with the tartar sauce & a wedge of lemon. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
For a truly flavoursome dish, we suggest adding lemon juice & serving the fish with some tartar sauce.
