In a saucepan, add a drizzle of olive oil, the garlic and the grated or finely chopped ginger. Cook for 1 minute.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Add 1 cup of water per person and the vegetable bouillon cube. Bring to a boil.

White mushrooms (whole)

Step 3

Once the water is boiling, add the broccoli, mushrooms and coconut milk.

Add salt and pepper, mix and cook covered for 6 minutes.
