Butter (salted)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C. Soften the butter in the microwave for 15 seconds.

Flour (all-purpose)
Sugar (granulated)

Step 2

In a large bowl, stir in : the flour, sugar & a good pinch of fleur de sel. Add the melted butter & mix until you obtain a shortcrust dough texture.

Step 3

Grease a pie pan or cover it in parchment paper & add the shortcrust pastry. Flatten the bottom & edges using the bottom of a glass & even out the edges with a knife. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C, until the crust is golden brown.

Chocolate bar (baking)

Step 4

Meanwhile, roughly chop the dark chocolate.

Heavy cream 30%

Step 5

In a pot, bring the cream to a boil. Add the chocolate into the pot & stir to melt. Whisk the mixture to obtain a smooth ganache.

Step 6

Once the pie crust is baked, pour the chocolate ganache in & spread it our evenly. Add a pinch of sea salt on top.

Step 7

Leave the ganache to cool, then leave to set in the fridge for at least 15 min before serving. Enjoy !
