Chocolate cake mix (ready to cook)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the cake mix packet. Butter your springform pan (we used a 23 cm diameter dish here).

Step 2

Pour the mixture into your mold, then bake for the time indicated on the cake mixture packet.

Heavy cream 30%
Mascarpone
Powdered sugar

Step 3

Meanwhile, prepare the mascarpone cream. In a cold bowl, add: the cream and the mascarpone. Whip until you obtain whipped cream. Then add the icing sugar and whisk again until the cream is firm. Reserve.

Step 4

Once cooked, remove the cake from the oven. Wait 5 minutes, then unmold it.

Step 5

Using a spatula or a tablespoon, cover the cake with mascarpone cream.

Rainbow Vermicelli

Step 6

Draw the number of your choice with the back of a spoon, then sprinkle confetti all around the number.

Step 7

Refrigerate or enjoy immediately! Enjoy!
