Step 1

Preheat the oven to 190°C. Unroll one of the puff pastry sheets. Brush it with pesto.

Camembert

Step 2

Place the Camembert in the center of the puff pastry - without the box or paper. Cover it with the second sheet of puff pastry.

Egg
Sesame seeds

Step 3

Make a cut in the center and brush the top of the dough with egg yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if you have any.

Step 4

Cut strips of dough all around the Camembert and twist them. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 190°C.

Step 5

Once the puff pastry is golden brown on top, remove from the oven and enjoy immediately with a green salad dressed to your taste. It's ready!
