Step 1

In a saucepan of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain them at the end of cooking.

Country bread (sliced)

Step 2

Meanwhile, cut the slices of bread into croutons and brown them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 3 minutes over high heat, stirring. Book.

Little gem lettuce

Step 3

Wash the lettuce and cut it into pieces.
