Step 1
Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes.
Step 2
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the potatoes for 15 minutes, or until fork tender.
Step 3
While the potatoes are cooking, heat a pan to low heat. Slowly melt the blue cheese and sour cream. Season with salt & pepper and set aside.
Step 4
Drain the potatoes and put them in a bowl. Season with salt & pepper. Optional: Add a pinch of nutmeg.
Step 5
Add the milk and butter and mash until desired consistency. Cover to keep warm until serving.
Step 6
In a pan on high heat, cook the burgers for 1 minute on each side. Cook for longer depending on how you like your meat cooked!
Step 7
Serve the burgers with the mashed potatoes and sauce. Enjoy!
