Carrots (fresh)
Yellow onion

Step 1

Peel the carrots and onions. Place them in the Digicook bowl for 25 sec / speed 5. Add a drizzle of olive oil and fry for 8 min / 110°C / speed 1.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)
Milk (whole)

Step 2

Add 200 ml of water per person, vegetable stock, and milk (can be replaced by water or vegetable milk). Season with salt and pepper. Cook 8 min / 90°C / speed 1 (with the measuring bowl).

Broccoli (fresh)

Step 3

In the meantime, wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the stem into small cubes. Add them to the bowl. Simmer for 10 min / 90°C / speed 1 (with the measuring glass).

Cheddar (shredded)

Step 4

At the end of cooking, add 2/3 of the cheddar (grate it if you have a block) and keep the rest for topping when serving.
