Step 1

Peel & large dice the potatoes.

Step 2

Fill up the Cookeo bowl with water. Place the steamer basket inside the bowl & add in the potatoes. Start the program 'under-pressure' for 20 min.

Red onion

Step 3

Meanwhile, peel & small dice the onions.

Step 4

After 20 min, set the potatoes aside & keep warm. Empty out the water from the Cookeo bowl & dry it.

Garam masala
Cumin (ground)
Garlic

Step 5

In the Cookeo bowl, add the garam masala, ground cumin, onions & grated garlic. Start the program 'golden' for 2 min.

Tomatoes (canned, peeled)
Peas (fresh)

Step 6

Add 100ml of water per serving, the canned tomatoes & green peas. Season with salt & pepper. Stir & start the program 'under-pressure' for 5 min.

Step 7

Add the steamed potatoes to the Cookeo bowl & gently stir them in.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 8

Serve the Bombay potatoes in a bowl & top with fresh cilantro. Re-season to taste & enjoy !
