Step 1

Wash and peel the potatoes, quarter them and put into the cooking basket. Add 500ml of water to the mixing bowl and put the cooking basket into the bowl. Cook for 15 minutes / steam setting.

Remplissez le bol du Digicook avec 1500 g d’eau. Placez le panier amovible à l'intérieur du bol. Mettez les pommes de terre à l'intérieur. Fermez le couvercle avec le bouchon mesureur et programmez : 120°C / vitesse 1 / 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, mince the onions and garlic.

Test the potatoes with a knife. The consistency should be soft but firm enough not to crumble. Strain and set the potatoes to one aside in a bowl.

Put the cumin, garam masala, a drizzle of olive oil, onions and garlic into the blender bowl. Simmer for 4 min / 50°C / speed 1.

Add 150 ml water per person to the bowl along with the peeled tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 20 min / 100°C / reverse / speed 1.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 7

Serve (optional: add fresh cilantro).
