Stovetop, Digicook, Frying pan
Step 1
Fill the mixing bowl with 500 ml water. Peel the potatoes, wash and half them and put them in the cooking basket. Put this on the mixing bowl, insert the measuring cup and cook for 20 minutes / steam mode.
Step 2
Remplir le bol du Digicook avec 1500 g d’eau. Placez le panier amovible à l'intérieur du bol. Mettez les pommes de terre à l'intérieur. Fermez le couvercle avec le bouchon mesureur et programmez : 120°C / vitesse 1 / 20 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, quarter the apples. In a large frying pan, add a knob of butter and sauté the apples, covered, for 5 minutes. (Optional: add a pinch of sugar).
Step 4
Add the blood sausage to the pan, pricking it with a fork. Cook for 5 minutes on a low heat.
Step 5
Remove the cooking basket, pour away the water from the blender bowl and put in the cooked potatoes. Next add the milk and butter and put the measuring cup in. Chop for 5 sec / speed 6.
Step 6
Serve the mashed potato with the apples and blood sausage, season.
