Potato

Step 1

Peel and dice the potatoes.

Boil a pot of hot water, add the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes.

Green beans (fresh)

Step 3

Boil a pot of water. Wash the green beans and remove the stalks if you prefer. Cook them in the boiling water with a pinch of salt, for 10 minutes. Drain and set to one side.

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them and add them in a bowl.

Milk (whole)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 5

Add the milk and butter, salt and pepper and mash everything until you form a puree of the desired consistency.

Beef (steak)

Step 6

Cook the beef on a hot pan with a knob of butter. For a rarer meat, cook for 2 minutes on each side. Season when cooked. Serve with the instant mashed potato and green beans. It’s ready to eat!
