Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash and wrap the potatoes in aluminum foil. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 50 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the size of the potatoes.

Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the shallots.

Step 3

Once the potatoes are cooked through, remove them from the oven and unwrap them.

Smoked salmon
Capers
Dill (fresh)

Step 4

Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise. Garnish them with the potato sauce, torn smoked salmon, shallots, capers, and dill.

Step 5

Serve the jacket potatoes on a plate with a green salad dressed to taste. Add a little lemon juice and it's ready!
