Step 1

In the same pan, add a knob of butter then cook the burger on one side for 2 minutes over high heat. Add salt and pepper. Flip it then cook it for 2 minutes on the other side. Salt, pepper then add the cheddar. Cover, turn off the heat and continue cooking for 1 minute.
Step 5
Make the sauce by mixing the mayonnaise with the ketchup.
Step 6
Garnish your burger buns by spreading the sauce base. Add the salad, the burger with the melted cheddar, the bacon slices, the red onions and close the burger. It's ready !
