Tomatoes (canned, peeled)

Step 1

Add the tomatoes to a bowl and crush them using a fork or your hands.

Finely chop the onions.

In a large pot, cook the onions in drizzle of olive oil for a few minutes, or until golden.

Vegetable bouillon (cube)

Step 4

Add the tomatoes and their juices, continue cooking for 2 more minutes. Add 1 1/2 cups of water per person and a bouillon cube.

Pasta (alphabet)

Step 5

Add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes. Stir from time to time so the pasta doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot and season.

Step 6

Optional: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
