Soy sauce
Toasted sesame oil
Honey

Step 1

Prepare the marinade. In a small bowl, combine : the soy sauce, sesame oil & honey.

Salmon (fresh)

Step 2

Slice the salmon into bite-sized pieces & add them to a mixing bowl. Pour the marinade over & toss to coat.

Step 3

Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper & add the cubed salmon. Air fry for 10 min at 200°C, flipping halfway through.

White rice (long grain, cooked)

Step 4

Meanwhile, heat the rice according to package instructions.

Avocado

Step 5

Peel & remove the pit from the avocado. Thinly slice.

Edamame (shelled)
Cilantro (fresh)
Mayonnaise

Step 6

Once cooked through, remove the salmon from the air fryer. Serve in a bowl with the fluffy rice, avocado & edamame beans. Top with fresh cilantro & a drizzle of mayo, if you have some. Enjoy !
