Ketchup
Soy sauce
Ginger (fresh)
Garlic

Step 1

Prepare the marinade. In a bowl, mix: the ketchup, soy sauce, grated ginger & garlic. Add a drizzle of olive oil & mix again.

Chicken (drumstick)

Step 2

In a bowl, add the marinade & chicken drumsticks. Coat the chicken with the mixture, then set aside in the fridge for 10-15 mins.

Potato

Step 3

Meanwhile, wash & cut the potatoes into quarters.

Paprika

Step 4

Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket. Add a drizzle of olive oil & season with salt, pepper & paprika. Mix well & air fry for 20 min at 200°C, mixing halway through.

Step 5

Meanwhile, add the drumsticks to the air fryer basket with the rack*. Air fry for 15-20 min at 200°C, flipping them halfway through. *Check out our tips for this step

Step 6

Once the potatoes are golden brown & the chicken is cooked through, remove them from the air fryer.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 7

Serve the potatoes on a plate with the ketchup-marinated chicken. Top with fresh cilantro & re-season to taste. Enjoy!
