Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 200°C. Lavez puis coupez les champignons en tranches.

Dans une poêle, à feu moyen, versez un filet d'huile d'olive puis faites cuire les champignons avec l'ail râpé pendant 7 minutes. Salez et poivrez.

Gorgonzola

Step 3

Coupez le gorgonzola en cubes.

Step 4

Étalez la pâte feuilletée sur une plaque de cuisson. Une fois les champignons cuits, étalez-les sur la pâte en laissant un espace d'1 cm en bordure. Dispersez ensuite le gorgonzola coupé en morceaux puis le parmesan.

Enfournez pour 20 minutes de cuisson à 200°C.
