Step 1

Préchauffez le four à 180°C. Épluchez puis coupez les oignons en fines lamelles.

Bell pepper (assorted)

Lavez puis coupez les poivrons en retirant le cœur avec les pépins. Coupez-les en fines fines lamelles.

Taco seasoning

Sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson, ajoutez : les poivrons, les oignons et le cumin. Salez, poivrez et ajoutez un filet d'huile d'olive. Mélangez bien puis enfournez 15 minutes à 180°C.

Beef (steak)

Step 4

Pendant ce temps, coupez le steak en tranches.

Au bout de 15 minutes, sortez la plaque du four. Ajoutez-y les lamelles de steak et un petit filet d'eau Mélangez bien et re-enfournez 10 minutes à 180°C.

Une fois le tout bien cuit, sortez la plaque du four. Ajoutez quelques feuilles de coriandre, si vous en avez, puis garnissez vos tortillas du mélange légumes / bœuf et d'une sauce au yaourt ou de sauce salsa. C'est prêt !
