Zucchini

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. Wash & slice the zucchini lengthwise in thin, long sticks (approx. 5cm).

Step 2

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the zucchini & sauté for 5-6 min.

Sardines (in oil)
Garlic
Lemon

Step 3

In an oven-proof dish, add the zucchini, sardines, grated garlic, the lemon zest & juice*. Season with salt & pepper. Mix to combine. Bake in the oven for 30 min at 200°C. *Check out our tips for this step

Parsley (fresh)

Step 4

Serve topped with fresh parsley, if you have some. Enjoy !
