Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. If using frozen peas, plunge in a bowl of water and drain when defrosted.
Step 2
Place the pie crust in a pie pan and prick a few times using a fork. Once the oven is pre-heated, cook the crust for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add the eggs, milk, cream, salt & pepper to a bowl and mix until uniform.
Step 4
Use a vegetable peeler to make zucchini noodles.
Step 5
After 5 minutes, remove the crust from the oven and arrange the zucchini noodles and peas on the bottom.
Step 6
Pour the egg mixture on top of the vegetables. Add the feta and some fresh pepper.
Step 7
Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C. Let it rest for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with a green salad and enjoy!
