Stovetop, Frying pan
Step 1
Trim the ends of the zucchini, then cut into small cubes.
Step 2
In a pan over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and add the zucchini. Season with salt and pepper and add the curry powder. Mix well.
Step 3
Sauté over high heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
Step 4
Meanwhile, in a bowl, add the Greek yogurt with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the grated or chopped garlic clove, salt and pepper. Mix and set aside.
Step 5
Once the zucchini is browned, turn off the heat, add the crumbled feta and mix.
Step 6
Carefully remove the pastry sheets from their paper.
Step 7
Take a sheet of brick pastry and lightly oil it.
Step 8
Split the stuffing so that you have enough to make your fritters: 3 per person. Add some of the stuffing to the pastry sheet.
Step 9
Roll the sheet of pastry over 1/3 of the surface, fold the edges inwards, then continue to roll, squeezing slightly.
Step 10
Repeat as many times as needed.
Step 11
Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan over medium heat and add the fritters.
Step 12
Fry them over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.
Step 13
Once golden brown, serve the fritters with the yogurt sauce and salad. It's ready!
