Flour (all-purpose)
Parmesan (grated)
Butter (unsalted)

Step 1

Take the butter out of the fridge so gets to room temperature. Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a mixing bowl, add: the flour, 3/4 sugar, a pinch of salt and the softened butter. Mix for 10 sec / speed 6.

Pesto

Step 2

Wash and cut the zucchini into cubes. Put them in a baking dish, adding pesto, salt, pepper, and mix everything.

Goat cheese

Step 3

Add the crumbled goat's cheese on top, followed by the crumble mixture. Bake for 40 minutes, until the crumble is nice and golden. Serve!
