Blender, Ice pop mold
Step 1
Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves. Add them to a blender.
Step 2
Remove the skin from the watermelon and cut into pieces using a large knife.
Step 3
Add the watermelon and mint leaves to the blender. Optional: Add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar per person if you want your popsicles sweetened.
Step 4
Mix until smooth.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds. (You can also use empty yogurt cups) Add the sticks into the molds.
Step 6
Freeze for at least 3 hours. Eat cold and enjoy!
