Goat's cheese (round)

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 190°C or on broiler mode. Slice the goat's cheese rounds in halves.

Toast (rond)

Step 2

On a parchment paper-lined sheet tray, place the toasts. Drizzle them lightly with olive oil.

Honey
Herbes de Provence
Pine nuts

Step 3

Add the goat's cheese halves onto the toasts. Top with a drizzle of honey, the 'herbes de Provence' & pine nuts. Season with salt & pepper. Bake for 10-12 min at 190°C or broil for 5 min.

Lambs Lettuce

Step 4

Once the cheese is lightly golden & melted, remove the toasts from the oven. Serve the salad in a plate & season to taste. Top with the warm goat's cheese toasts & enjoy !
