Pasta (linguine)

Step 1

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta.

Walnuts
Parsley (fresh)
Basil (fresh)
Parmesan (grated)
Garlic
Olive oil

Step 2

Meanwhile, prepare the homemade pesto. In a blender, add : the walnuts, parsley & basil leaves, de-germed grated parmesan, grated garlic & 2 tablespoons of olive oil per person. Season with salt & pepper & blend well.

Step 3

Stir the homemade pesto into the pasta & serve in a plate. Top with walnuts & fresh herbs, if you have some left & enjoy !
