Avocado

Step 1

Cut the avocado in two, remove the pit and slice thinly.

Cucumber

Step 2

Cut the cucumber into thin slices.

Flour tortilla (medium)
Cream cheese

Step 3

Spread the cream cheese on the wrap.

Spinach (fresh)
Cucumber
Pine nuts

Step 4

Add the spinach leaves, avocado and cucumber. Season with salt & pepper. Optional: add pine nuts

Step 5

Fold in the ends, roll it up and cut in half. Enjoy!
