Stovetop, Pot (small), Colander, Frying pan, Grater
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small-medium sized florets, discarding the stem.
Step 2
Add them to a pot of salted boiling water for 5 minutes.
Step 3
While the broccoli is cooking, remove the outer skin of the onions and cut into thin slices. Add them to a skillet with a drizzle of olive oil.
Step 4
Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Step 5
Add the meatless chick'n strips to the skillet. Optional: add grated fresh ginger or powdered ginger.
Step 6
Optionnel : si vous en avez, ajoutez le gingembre râpé ou en poudre.
Step 7
Add the cashews, mix and cook for another 2 minutes on high heat.
Step 8
Drain the broccoli and add it to the skillet.
Step 9
Add pepper and soy sauce and cook for an 2 additional minutes. Tip: Taste before adding salt as soy sauce is high in sodium.
Step 10
