Broccoli (fresh)

Step 1

Wash & cut the broccoli into florets. Slice the larger florets in half & the stem into small cubes.

Cook it in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes, or until tender.

Meatless nuggets

Step 3

While the broccoli is cooking, cook the veggie nuggets according to the instructions on the package. (about 5 minutes on each side in a pan on medium heat)

Butter (unsalted)

Step 4

Drain the broccoli and mash it with a fork or potato masher. Add butter, salt & pepper and mix.

Step 5

Serve the nuggets with the mashed broccoli. Enjoy!
