Red onion

Step 1

Preheat your oven on grill mode. Peel the red onions and chop them finely. Set aside.

Tortilla chips

Step 2

Add the tortilla chips to a baking dish.

Kidney beans (canned)
Cheddar (shredded)

Step 3

Add the kidney beans on top & sprinkle with grated cheddar. Bake the dish for 10 minutes in grill mode.

Cherry tomatoes

Step 4

Meanwhile, wash the cherry tomatoes, then cut them in half.

Avocado
Lime

Step 5

Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add the lime juice, salt and pepper, then mix again.

Step 6

After 10 minutes, take the dish out of the oven.

Step 7

Add the cherry tomatoes and the chopped red onions.

Cilantro (fresh)

Step 8

Add a few coriander leaves if you have them. Serve with the avocado cream and lime wedges. It's ready !
