Banana

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish (we used a 24 x 19 cm dish here). Add the bananas and mash them, using a fork.

Rolled oats
Chia seeds
Non-dairy milk

Step 2

Add a layer of rolled oats, then chia seeds, then non-dairy milk. Mix gently.

Berries (assorted, frozen)
Coconut (shredded, unsweetened)

Step 3

Sprinkle frozen berries and sugar (optional) on top. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.

Maple syrup
Non-dairy Yogurt

Step 4

Remove from oven and serve with non-dairy yogurt and a drizzle of maple syrup. That's it!
