Step 1
In a frying pan, cook the salmon for 6 minutes skin side down (if using frozen salmon steaks, thaw them beforehand by placing them in a Ziplock bag and immersing in cold water for 10 to 15 minutes).
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain and set aside.
Step 3
Turn the salmon over and cook for 1 minute on each side. Remove and set aside.
Step 4
Coarsely chop the sun-dried tomatoes.
Step 5
Grate the garlic over the top of the pan and sauté for 30 seconds over medium heat.
Step 6
Add sun-dried tomatoes and 2 tablespoons of water per serving. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 7
Add the cream and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 8
Add salt and pepper, the drained pasta and salmon, mix and serve. Enjoy!
