Step 1
To make the tuna salad, mix the tuna (drained) with the cream cheese using a fork.
Step 2
Add the chopped shallots, lemon juice and zest and season with salt & pepper. Mix.
Step 3
Cut the avocado in thin slices.
Step 4
Spread the tuna onto the tortilla.
Step 5
Add the avocado and mixed baby greens. Fold in the sides and wrap.
Step 6
Cut in half and enjoy!
