Pasta (fusilli or rotini)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200°C. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Once cooked through, drain the pasta.

Red onion

Step 2

Meanwhile, peel & cut the onion into thin slices.

Crème fraîche
Boursin cheese (garlic & herb)

Step 3

In a bowl, combine : the crème fraîche & the boursin cheese.

Tuna (canned)
Garlic

Step 4

In an oven-proof dish, add : the pasta, drained tuna, onion slices & grated garlic.

Step 5

Distribute the crème fraîche/broursin cheese mixture using a spoon. Season with salt & pepper.

Shredded cheese

Step 6

Top with shredded cheese & bake in the oven for 20 min at 200°C.

Step 7

Once the cheese has melted & the top is lightly golden, remove the dish from the oven & serve with a side of green salad. Enjoy !
