Step 1
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into approximately 2cm cubes.
Step 2
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Step 3
In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the sweet potatoes for about 3 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into florets.
Step 5
Add the broccoli to the pot with the sweet potatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.
Step 6
When the vegetables are done, drain them.
Step 7
Drain the rice.
Step 8
Place the rice in a bowl and add the vegetables. Drain the tuna and add to the bowl.
