Step 1

Mix the creamcheese with the truffle infused olive oil until smooth.

Step 2

Spread the creamcheese on each slice.

Comté cheese
Ham (deli slices)

Step 3

Add the sliced ​​or shredded Comté cheese, 1 slice of ham on one side, salt, pepper and close the sandwich. Repeat as many times as necessary sandwiches.

On a low heat, add a knob of butter to a hot pan and cook the grilled cheese for 2 minutes on each side, until they're nice and golden. Make sure they do not burn!
