Step 1
Mix the creamcheese with the truffle infused olive oil until smooth.
Step 2
Spread the creamcheese on each slice.
Step 3
Add the sliced or shredded Comté cheese, 1 slice of ham on one side, salt, pepper and close the sandwich. Repeat as many times as necessary sandwiches.
Step 4
On a low heat, add a knob of butter to a hot pan and cook the grilled cheese for 2 minutes on each side, until they're nice and golden. Make sure they do not burn!
Step 5
Turn off the heat, cover the pan and let stand out of the fire for 1 minute.
Step 6
Cut the grilled cheese.
Step 7
Optional: serve with some chopped chives. Enjoy it immediately, it's ready!
