Yellow onion

Step 1

Chop the onions.

Italian pork sausage (ground)

If using sausage rather than sausage meat, chop the ends and squeeze out the meat with your fingers.

Step 3

Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and cook the onions for 1-2 minutes.

Add the sausage meat and cook on a high heat for 1-2 minutes until lightly golden.

Tomato sauce
Chicken bouillon (cube)
Tortellini (Spinach & cheese)

Step 5

Next add the tomatoes, 1 cup of water per person and chicken bouillon. Bring to a boil and add the tortellini.

Step 6

Season with salt & pepper and mix. Cover and cook on low heat for 4 minutes.

Heavy cream
Spinach (fresh)

Step 7

Once cooked, add the cream (optional: add fresh spinach) and mix.

Parmesan (grated)

Step 8

Serve with parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
