This rich & creamy tortellini recipe will be perfect for any special occasion!
Stovetop, Frying pan, Pot (large)
Step 1
In a pot of salted, boiling water, add the tortellini & cook according to package directions. Drain & set aside.
Step 2
Meanwhile, in a pan on high heat, add the cubed pancetta. Cook for 3 mins, until brown & crispy. Set aside.
Step 3
Lower the heat of the pan to medium-low. Add the butter to the pan, then add the cream. Stir until the butter melts, about 1 min.
Step 4
Add the tortellini & grated parmesan cheese. Stir & cook until the cream & butter sauce thickens, about 3-4 min.
Step 5
Add the peas & most of the pancetta & stir. Remove the skillet from the heat.
Step 6
Serve & top with the remaining pancetta, more grated parmesan & black pepper, if desired. Enjoy !
