Step 1

Preheat oven to 240°C. After washing the vegetables, cut them into thin, round slices.

Rosemary (dried)

Step 2

In an oven safe dish, add the sliced vegetables, herbs, salt & pepper. Mix together with a tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 3

Bake at 240°C for 20 minutes.

Cod (fresh)

Step 4

After 20 minutes, add the cod to the dish on top of the vegetables. Lower the temperature to 200°C and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Dinner is served!
