Step 1

In a pot of boiling water, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Set aside.

Cucumber

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, halve the cherry tomatoes and dice the cucumber.

Chorizo (slices)

Step 3

Cut the chorizo into small pieces.

Step 4

In a shallow bowl, add the pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, chorizo, & mozzarella. Mix well and season with a vinaigrette of your choice and the herbes de Provence. Enjoy!
