Tomato (heirloom)

Step 1

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into slices and add them to a bowl.

Mozzarella (buffalo)
Anchovies
Basil (fresh)

Step 2

Shred the mozzarella into pieces and add to the bowl along with the anchovies. Mix together with salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Top with chopped basil if you have. Serve and enjoy!
