Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Tortellini (spinach & cheese)

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a pot of boiling salted water, cook the tortellini according to the package directions.

Step 3

In a deep plate, add the salad, tortellini, cherry tomatoes, pine nuts and mozzarella torn into pieces. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, salt and pepper. It's ready !
