Step 1

Boil a pot of salted water. Cook the green beans for 10 minutes and drain.

Country bread (sliced)
Garlic

Step 2

Cut the bread into 2-inch cubes. Cook them in a pan on high heat with a drizzle of olive oil and chopped garlic for 5 minutes until golden brown.

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.

Step 4

Add the green beans, tomatoes, croutons, crumbled feta and some pine nuts in a salad bowl.

Step 5

Season with 1 tablespoon of olive oil per person, 1 teaspoon of vinegar per person and the honey. Season with salt & pepper, mix and serve. Enjoy!
