In a food processor, pulse the chicken to roughly grind it.

Then, mix it in a bowl with finely chopped garlic, salt, and pepper.

Roll the mixture into 1-1.5 inch balls. (Tip: Put a bit of oil on your hands to keep it from sticking to you.)

Now, drizzle some olive oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs over high heat for 5 minutes, turning them over on all 4 sides so they cook evenly.
