Step 1

Crush the peanuts, chop the shallots, and finely mince the cilantro.

Spread the slices of beef carpaccio around on the plate, and then sprinkle the peanuts, cilantro, and shallots on top. Drizzle some olive oil, sprinkle some salt and pepper, and squeeze the lime juice over everything. Add some lime zest if you like. And enjoy!
