Step 1

Place the lime juice, soy sauce, ginger, onions and 1 teaspoon of olive oil per person in the blender bowl. Blend for 5 sec / speed 6.

Flank steak

Step 2

Cut the beef into thin strips and add it into the marinade. Stir to combine. Transfer the beef & marinade to the Varoma tray. Set aside.

White rice (long grain)

Step 3

Pour the water into the bowl. Add the rice to the cooking basket & place it inside the bowl. Cook for 12 min / 100°C / speed 4.

Step 4

After 12 mins, add the Varoma tray & continue cooking for 8mins/ 100°C/ speed 4.

Arugula

Step 5

Serve the rice with the marinated beef & salad. Season to taste & enjoy !
