Oven
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Wash & cut the potatoes into pieces.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. In a bowl, mix: water (40 ml per person), soy sauce & honey.
Step 3
In a baking dish, add the potatoes. Drizzle them with olive oil & mix. Pour half of the sauce over the potatoes, then mix again.
Step 4
Add the chicken legs to the dish. Drizzle them with olive oil. Season with salt & pepper. Pour a few spoonfuls of sauce over the top, then bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 200°C.
Step 5
After 40 minutes, remove the dish from the oven. Cover the chicken with the sauce, then put it back in the oven for 8 to 10 minutes at 200°C.
Step 6
Once the potatoes & chicken are golden & cooked through, remove the dish from the oven. Serve the teriyaki chicken & potatoes on a plate with the sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds & chopped chives, if you have any. It's ready!
