Turkey breast (cutlet)
Tandoori spice mix

Step 1

Chop the turkey (or chicken) into 2-3 cm cubes. Mix with olive oil and the tandoori spices. Set aside.

Mint (fresh)

Step 2

Wash the mint and remove the leaves. Put in a Thermomix bowl and blend for 5 seconds/speed 6. Set aside.

Cucumber

Step 3

To make the raïta: wash and chop the cucumber into large chunks. Add it a bowl, mixing for 5 seconds/speed 4.

Whole milk yogurt (plain)
Mint (fresh)

Step 4

Add the yohurt, mint, salt, pepper and mix for 10 seconds/speed 3. Remove the bowl and set aside.

Turkey breast (cutlet)
Skewers

Step 5

Slide the poultry chunks onto the skewers and line up on the steaming tray. Pour 120 g of water into the bowl, inserting the Varoma into the machine. Cook for 10 minutes/Varoma/speed 2.

Step 6

Serve the skewers with the raïta.
